SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

  • All shipments of live animals are via FedEx priority overnight, to your local hub. There are no exceptions. (as of 4/2024, we now ship Monday through Thursday.

  • Shipping is flat rate $55 for reptiles, $45 for inverts, and $45 for Wisconsin residents.  Orders over $1,000 receive free shipping

  • We are not responsible for delays due to conditions out of our control.  E.g. weather and carrier delays

  • If morning temperatures are over 85F or below 40F, shipment must be held for pickup at your local FedEx HUB.  Shipping address, must be the HUB address.  If you need help identifying your local HUB, please contact us

  • Any shipments not addressed to the HUB, outside of acceptable temperatures, will be void of any Live Arrival or Health Guarantee

  • FedEx print and ship centers do not qualify as a HUB, and live animal shipments to them, are in violation of their terms of service

  • There are no refunds for shipping charges

  • Any in store pickups, will be held for 24 hours when not paid in full.  If you need more time, please contact us to schedule a pick up

Live Arrival / Health Guarantee / Return Policy

  • All shipments come with a Live Arrival Guarantee (see above for conditions)

  • Any DOA's must be reported within 2 hours of arrival.  Failure to report DOA will void any live arrival guarantee

  • Any cancellation of orders will have a 25% fee (excluding shipping costs), for potential missed sales

  • There are no returns on live animals for any reason.

  • Due to too many factors out of our control with the live animals, after they leave our establishment there are no returns.

  • DOA (Dead on arrival) animals will be replaced with same species if available; not refunded.

  • If same species is not available for replacement, per our desecration we will get in that same species for replacement or give store credit in the amount of the animal purchase.
